We offer a diverse range of classes and experiences—from crochet and cooking to yoga and creative workshops—alongside opportunities to engage in mindfulness and wellbeing-focused sessions.

All programs are led by experienced, qualified professionals, ensuring each session is both engaging and thoughtfully guided.

We also host 18+ experiences including paint & sip and cook & sip classes, and our fully equipped kitchen is available for allied health professionals delivering occupational therapy services.

education

Upstairs, our highly sought-after education specialist provides advocacy and school support for children and families navigating the education system.

With extensive experience across schools and the Disability Inclusion Program (DIP), we help families understand their rights, access appropriate support, and confidently navigate complex processes.

This includes advocacy in school meetings, guidance through IEP and SSG plans, and tailored support for families navigating mainstream education.

We stand beside you when the system feels overwhelming

psych

Our psychology services and assessments are led by our in-house psychologist, who brings decades of experience within the school system.

We support both children and adults, with a strong focus on neurodiversity and individualised care.

Following an initial assessment, we provide clear guidance on recommended testing and why it matters—ensuring families feel informed every step of the way. After testing, a comprehensive report is delivered with practical, actionable recommendations.

When appropriate, our education specialist can also liaise with schools to support meaningful adjustments for school-aged clients.

Our goal is to provide clarity, direction, and the right support—so individuals and families can move forward with confidence.
